Rick started his career in the flooring industry in 1973, installing carpets for clients in Columbus, Ohio. After doing this for more than 15 years, he saw the need of having knowledge and experience in the sales field and quickly started building his clientele into what it is today.

Rick focuses on the flooring needs of the insurance/restoration, remodel, and retail market segments. With more than 40 years of flooring experience, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge his customers can rely on. He resides in Central Ohio with his wife (Linda), enjoys RVing, and – most importantly – spending time with his four granddaughters: Portlynn, Charlestyn, Collette and Carolina.

Aaron began his career in flooring in 2006 while attending college at Capital University and earning his business degree. After continuing to build and establish his own clientele, Aaron quickly set his sight on owning and running his own flooring company with his father Rick.

Aaron focuses on the remodel and commercial market segments for Lifestyle Flooring as well as the internal business. He resides in central Ohio with his wife (Emily) and two daughters: Portlynn and Charlestyn. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, fishing, and Ohio State football.
